Shipping policy

Purchases shall be presented in an attractive gift box (branded with the Back From The Beach logo) with care instructions, cleaning cloth, and business card. And to ensure safe arrival, everything is packaged together into a cardboard mailing box (this will conveniently fit through your letter box).

I endeavour to ship ‘ready to go’ items within 1-3 working days of purchase upon receipt of payment.

UK - orders over £50, FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48

UK - orders under £50, Tracked 48

Europe and Ireland - Royal Mail International Tracked - 3 to 5 working days (approx.)

US and Canada - Royal Mail International Tracked - 5 to 7 working days (approx.)

Australia and New Zealand - Royal Mail International Tracked - 5 to 7 working days (approx.)

Tracked is a fully insured service. 

Delivery times given for International parcels are only appropriate (and stated on the Royal Mail website as ‘delivery aim’. Can I therefore please ask that you allow reasonable time for your parcel to arrive before contacting me, and extra during busy periods such as Christmas. Also, please ensure the address you give at time of purchasing is the correct address, as Back From The Beach cannot take responsibility for wrong / old addresses given. Thank you.
