Refund policy

My aim is to make good quality pieces and ensure all items are checked prior to posting. If your purchase should arrive not in perfect condition then a refund or exchange will be given providing the item is returned to me. I allow 28 days for buyers to return damaged items.

As the items are individually made, and contain unique pieces, I can only replace with a close match.

All the glass used in my jewellery is naturally tumbled by the sea and rocks on the beaches where I find it. As it is a natural material you may find little irregularities in the glass; which is all part of its charm. This is not a fault in the product. 

If your item isn’t quite what you were expecting I will happily exchange it for another , or issue a refund. Please return the item to me within 28 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, (and still boxed if you wish a refund). Customers shall have to pay the postage of sending an item back for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately  I am unable to accept returns of earrings, even if they haven’t been worn.
